Can I use a popular melody in a song and sell it??

My band and I made a really cool Christmas song for our upcoming Christmas EP, but the intro features the exactly melody from "Frosty the Snowman", we did not sample another recording of it, we played it ourselves. But I do not know if this will be legal to sell, I would appreciate some help!

If the song is not in the "public domain" (about 200 years old, as a safe bet), and still has a publisher, then the answer is "No."
