Well, it great that you already understand the work that goes into a website. The hosting company that I use gives you a free domain that doesn't need to be renewed. Check this article. I put the link at the bottom of the page.

Oh yeah there's a demand for it. I would only recommend selling samples that don't need to be cleared though; if you decide to sell them online. You could also make them available as free downloads and use them to drive traffic to your website. Or, you could sell High quality samples and give away Low quality ones. The possibilities are endless so you should consider being a webmaster. Putting my website up was the best business decision that I've ever made because, now, I'm making money in my sleep.

Have you considered creating website with your samples available on it? It would be a good idea for you and might even help you to make some money.
