Biography:

Los Angeles based producer Asterix, has amassed a reputation for innovation and uncompromising style. He started producing in the mid 90’s and through a string of independent releases was granted a spot and subsequently won the 2002 “Beat Olympics”. Asterix went on to work with the likes of Lil Scrappy, Planet Asia and M.C Eiht and returned to the battle circuit in 2009 winning both the “Beat Session” and “Beat Down” championships as well as the 2010 Sam Ash “Beat Knock” event. Asterix continues to produce and release material through the “Firehouse Sound Labs” imprint. Check out "Firehouse Muzik Vol. 1" on Itunes.
