My guess would be either the facebook like button by the logo (top left) or the ad banner to the right of it. There's a funky conflict going on during page load, making the web page move up and down until the page loads completely.

that's a rendering issue which is more likely to be your browser and connection as it sorts out the unmentioned size of the images being loaded

- without knowing the details of the image sizes, your browser expands and contracts the rendering until it gets all the data loaded

this may be bug or it may be just the new way the linked ad scripts work
