well i guess it will be 75 long if you set it to 75 high :)

it's scaling so when you reduce one axis, the other axis scales as well, proportionally

Ahh............let me explain, a very simple way, waht i've done. just go to that site where u're gif is , means from where u downloaded u're gif file, just go to that site and open that particular gif file, then right click on the gif file and select properties. there must be three parts, in the second there is written things like " portocol, Type etc" there is also the address of the gif file. copy that address and paste the address just as given below :

address


just paste the link in between the ags and it's done. the file is on the place u wanted.
