I have recently aquired an Edirol PCR 300 which comes with Sonar 6LE.
I also have a Yamaha DJX-1 and i wanted to know if i can record a song on the DJX-1 recorder and have it played back via the Edirol.
I have connected the midi out on the Edirol to the midi in on the DJX-1.
When i have recorded a song i can not play it back in sync with sonar.
The DJX-1 manual is not clear because it states you can control song and pattern play back via this method.
I have turned on the external clock on the DJX-1 as it states in the manual but when i enter song mode it turns off the clock, is there a way to playback sonar with what i record on the DJX-1.
I have joined the forum but i am struggling to log in.
