Can we have Help link in the new post screen?

The new screen for creating threads/posts has many options on it.

Would it please be possible to add a "Help" button that would display a screen that explains what all the features are?

it's there actually!

roll over any of the special buttons on the screen, and look at the text field above the message field: it shows a help/description of each option
