The Look & The Feel.. I feel like I'm sequencing in a 90's program
also the access. Back when I was starting out the software was so confusing and what not so it scared me away
then I jumped on Ableton.. victory

FL Studio's functionality kind of takes a detour to do even the easy stuff, but once you get your head around it, I think it isn't all that bad.

I don't want to answer for him, but I personally think FL is so simplified as a production tool that if you're jumping to it from another program alot of it's functionality goes over your head.

Same time I will say as a multitrack recorder/DAW for mixing things like routing in the mixer and automation could use a bit of a facelift. They did a great job adding the linear sequencer instead of the pattern based one.
Two things that annoy me are people who are positive out of ignorance, and people who are negative out of bitterness. People who are neither usually get along with me and agree with most of what I say. People who are one of the 2 think I'm the other.

My guess is because most of the people that hates it grew up using hardware. Music production these days are all moving over to digital. Im not going to lie, I still use FL till this day and make very dope beats!

I think people are losing themselves in this numeric era asking themselves too much questions. Remind how people had to work when everything was analog.... For me softwares are just an interface between you and your creation. Don't let questions ruin it

Massive, Sylenth, GalacticX (I think thats what its called), Real Guitar, Inox Flute, I use a lot of VST's for Dubstep/Drumstep, but FL Studio (or any DAW for that matter) alone is nearly impossible to make great tracks in DnB. Its all about the VSTi's my friend.

I think a lot of the people who used to hate fruity loops are beginning to acknowledge it a lot more especially since a majority of the hip-hop records you hear on the radio are made from that program.

I started with FL Studio but I just moved on from it either way every person has their opinion on which is the best and which ones they don't like.
