You cannot save your projects in the Demo version. Therefore you can't edit anything, which makes it a hassle if you really want to zero in on a project. So if you are working with artists or you wish to go back and edit your projects, the bought version is the way to go.

Exactly, it basically just makes sure you cant come back and work on anything again and as a producer that would be a big problem lol.

The demo is just for you to get an feel of the software before buying the full version.
I saw a girl texting & driving the other day & it really made me mad, so I rolled down my window & threw my whiskey flask at her.

Yeah, the demo is just really there so that you can try out their program. The full version allows you to actually SAVE. It's amazing, ain't it?

Actually the program I use, LMMS, is a freeware program, but has the capability of working with Fl studio project files. Its a bit dodgey though, but it will get the job done.
