Warping in Ableton help

Heya, i'm warping my first track in Ableton, and I've watched a few tutorials on how to do so... But most tutorials have to do with electronic songs with a consistent beat, and they are in their original BPM. The only thing is, i'm trying to warp (ashamedly) Nelly Furtado's "Promiscuous". Which has a hip-hop beat, AND i'm turning its BPM up by 8. So every time i automatically warp the track, it's wayyyy off. And I would sit there and do it by hand, but it's my first time, and i know i'll **** it up. So could I get a quick tutorial on how to warp, given the circumstances?
