I cant quite tell, I'm guessing a special synth/pluck in massive but i'm not too sure.

it is a gated pad

if you want to make it for yourself

- square wave/saw wave, filter cutoff about 50%, resonance about 30% with the gate triggering the playback clocked by an lfo that is beat synched
