Fl 5 Playlist Help

hey everyone,
im having a problem with the playlist, its not working correctly or im doing it wrong, but the problem is when i switch over to song, and hit play, its playing it everything all together not in sequence that i put it in, and i belive im setting it up correctly but i can be wrong,

The playlist goes horizontal, not vertical.
