If using an E-MU MP-7, roland CDx-1, what computer program would you suggest I use to make the highest quality CD?

Why would the fact that you are using an MP7 and CDX1 have anything to do with it?

And what would a program have to do with making a "highest quality CD?"

    I get it...but...

I guess what I am getting at is this. I am about to make demos to send to clubs for gigs....labels, managers, lawyers, web page builders...etc...etc...etc....contacts, networking blah blah blah.
I just want to make sure and put my best foot forward. I am using as I said the MP-7 & the CDX-1....in combonation with other various live instruments including a keyboard (by the way, any suggestions on a particular keyboard to use?). I then plan on running that into a computer in order to tweak the sound a little more before I make the master copy....right? I just was wondering what program you would suggest using given these circumstances.
Also, Do you think it is possible to bring my "studio" to the stage and pump it through some speakers....would people dig that?
And I am also aware that good equipment doesn't make good music

any response is a good response...
