Sound distorsion in Cubase 5 with M-audio Fast Track Pro

Thanks. I'm not talking about mastering a single percussion instrument... that's waaaay too into detail... I'm talking about buss processing a little further up in the chain, before the final stereo buss. I use Reason and I pile on a lot of mixers and line mixers. I don't have to spell it out for you... I am basically talking about mastering several layers at one time, although much before the last stage.
