Protools I/O and Bussing

Hello I recently purchased Pro Tools 10 and this is my first time using. The I/O and the Bussing is very difficult for me to understand. Does anyone know a website or can anyone explain this to me in a simple way because this is killing me. I am transitioning from Fl Studio to Protools and I also bought Logic Pro but does are way simpler than Pro Tools. CAN ANYONE HELP!!!!
