Need a good horror-synth whistle VSTi ideas

Hi

I need a VSTi that could provide me with some horror-like sounds of hi pitched synths or something, I tried working on Massive with that but its really complicated to get this terrifying whistle I want. You know, like ghost haunt or something.

If anybody has any idea please help me out!
