To be more precise:
1. Lay down the melody (the final one that you want after the sound is reversed).
2. In the piano roll/sequencer, go to the toolbar (the arrow in the upper left), and go Tools -> and select "Flip", this will reverse the melody with its MIDI content.
3. Either bounce it regulary, or freeze it inside the mixer, or record it with Edison.
4. Upload it either to a sampler, or as an audio clip (I'd prefer this one), and reverse it.
