im trying to fatten up my kick drums and bass sounds. ive read alot about using the dynamics of one instrument (such as a punchy kick drum) to compress s sound such as a bass pad.
problems is that i cant work out how to do this properly in logic.
im trying to use a puncy kick drum to compress a 90Hz tone (for example). can someone please run through the process of doing this in logic 4.81? i just need to get the process down so i can start playing around with various combinations to get the sound i am after.
