is it possible to rewire it in a way so that i can have each element in reason (like the drums, bassline, synth), getting a very own audiotrack in cubase? so it looks like this in the cubase sequencer

    Kick track
    bassline track
    synth track

or is it only possible to get the whole reason output (everything in 1) to a audiotrack in cubase

Yes. Skip the Reason mixer altogether and wire everything straight to the hardware interface.

so i should put the outputs direclty from example the redrum to the hardware interface, and the nn19' outputs to the hardware interface, every output to different inputs on the hardware interface instead of first going to the mixer and then the mixer output to only 1 hardware input?

Yep. The hardware interface's output is what Cubase "sees".
