pro tools not recognizing mbox2

just got pro tools last week. set it up sunday and everything was great. then on monday everytime i open pro tools it tells me to connext hardware then hit ok....i disconnect the interface then reconnect it and pro tools doesn't see it.

i searched this website and digi's. if anyone knows whats up, shed some light on this for me.

Re-Install Protools and follow the on screen instructions. Usually, you install PT, then connect the hardware, and it'll load the drivers.
