PC or Mac

Just getting ready to put together a portable studio, as in I need to buy a laptop. I'd like to hear any arguments either way for using a PC or a Mac. Thanks.

well, I would say whatever you are more comfortable using.........a few years back, a Mac would have been clearly a better choice but the microprocessor speed in the PC is powerful enough to fit the needs of studio work as well.

I use a PC becuause it's a better value, it's more flexible(more software choices ie DirectX), and I've always used a PC so I don't have to learn a new OS.......in the end, I don't think it will make a huge difference in your results......just make sure whichever you go with, that it's powerful and you're comfortable using it.
