Programs like this have been around since before computers existed. Algorithmic music. Check out Mozart's Musikalisches Würfelspiel. Brian Eno's Oblique Strategies. Even people who actually can play instruments use programs like this. It's not the end of real musicians, it's just like having a ghost producer who comes up with ideas you never would have. You still have to exercise quality control.
