how to use FL drums in Reason?

I primarily use Reason, but the other day I found a snare in FL that I wanted to use. so with that snare, in addition to a few other sounds, I copied the .wav file to another folder (to access w/ Reason).

so in Reason's Redrum, I browsed to that folder, and when i tried to preview those FL drums I got an error message saying the sound file was not compatible

anyone know why this is? and is there a way to use FL sounds with Reason?

You have to Run the drum thru edison and export/save a new wav file. Something in the coding of some of FL's sounds make them not run properly in other media. But once you resave it from edison, it will work fine.
