how to set metronome in protools

wat a FP fam if anyone is familar with working with protools could please help me out how do u set the metronome on , and how do u count bars in protools im used to using reason buti wanted to exspand and do my work in protools and track my drums in a daw and rewire the rest from reason using instrument tracks....any help will be great thanks in advance
 
the manual says

Metronome Click When selected, Pro Tools will
generate a metronome pulse that can be set to
trigger built-in sounds or MIDI instruments during
playback and recording.
The Pro Tools metronome is configured in the
Click/Countoff Options dialog. Double-click the
Metronome Click button to open the
Click/Countoff Options dialog
