    FL Studio Sampling question

Alright, so let's say I've chopped up my sample in edison. I want the pitch to bend as it is sped up or slowed down to fit my beat. The only way FL Studio seems to be able to do this is with the "Resample" stretching method that you can only use in the step sequencer. That means in order to get my samples to play correctly and pitch as their tempo is changed, I have to drag each slice into the step sequencer, make it cut itself off, right click the "tempo" knob and pick however long the slice is, and then make sure the stretching method is set to "Resample". Is there any easier way to do this? Preferably a way to use them in Fruity Slicer or FPC and have them stretched the way i want.
