    FL studio midi problem

    Hi guys,

again got a problem at using my MPD24.
I decided to quit at reason and start producing in Fruityloops again, but i just can't get my MPD hooked up. In Reason you could just play practically everything (only have to select the midi sign, no further requirements) and it records. In fruityloops i want the same thing. So basically i want to select a pianoroll and play in there, but my mpd is not working correctly. I seem to have set it up right, but it just doesn't get any signal. Can someone help me out ? cause producing with the mouse is very frustrating to me. And the sampling gets very hard that way

    thanks already

You have to go to your mid settings and select it as a generic controller, set the mpd setting on mpc2500. If u wanna be able to load multiple samples to each pad u need to open up the fpc, or if u have battery.

already did that. got the setting but it doesnt give a signal, i want to cotrol the bankroll. for example; got a sample, chop it in edison and load it into fruityslicer, en from there use the pad to control the samples. each pad for a different slice/key at the pianoroll. just like in reason. so still got the problem. even the fpc doesn't work

What up, if you are using slicer, the pads have a certain value that you are gonna have to find with program change. I am not in front of it now but try 37, 38 and so on. With each number tap every pad until you hear it trigger, then you just match em up and save as a preset. It sounds like maybe you have not mapped the pads yet.
