FL studio (Changing pitch while keeping tempo)!!!!!

im tryin to find out if there is a way to make a sample in fl studio not change tempo while changing pitch going up and down the midi keyboard, for example im playing with a sample on my midi controller around middle c or c3, if i go down the sample slows with the pitch and if i go up it speeds up........is there anyway to accomplish this?

in the channel settings you have to change the sample type to pro default instead of resample
