if anything fl5 is ezr than 3. but first thing you need to do is get some drum samples cos the samples that come with it are ****!
next get some VST's this is ofcorce down to your personal choice and budget.

has some free ones on it.

now you just need to create your melody, bassline and drum pattern.
and if you wanna go down the kanye sampling style of things then check the sampling forum.
if you wanna make original work then you'll be better off learning some music theory cos it'll help you in the long run.

if you got a more specific question then please feel free to ask but im not gonna just rant about every thing i do and know myself here cos it'll take far too long.

Here we have to apply the murphy's law, that says anything that can go wrong will definately go wrong to make maximum destruction at a critical moment, this law applies to any human being because we are all subjected to mistakes, i say this beecause you said something which is totally wrong about fl studio samples i.e they are whack, i say they are not this depends on the user if u just plug and play u will get garbage if u will process the signal using eq,compressors, reverbs and choruses you will get the best beats ever without outside samples.

    Hello,

does anybody know if u can edit event every plugin in fruity loops, to my opinion this is not possible. tried use the edit events on the absynth or fm 7 but this wasn't possible. does anybody know if this is possible and if every knob on a plugin can be turned automaticly. (with edit events)
