Am I allowed to commercially publish music that was made with an acedemic version like e.g. Kontakt 3?
Do they have the possibility of finding out through hidden frequencies or something similar they might have added to the sound?
I doubt there is anything different in the program itself. Read the license agreement that comes with the software, it usually specifies whether commercial use is allowed or not.
