I have a PC, I just downloaded Asio4all to work with my reason, because my audio playback was chippy, but now it works fine since the download

I was wondering if they have something similiar for mac, because Asio4all is only PC based

What are the specs for your mac.... the core audio drivers should work well... also check your buffer settings

Do macbooks come with Core Audio Drivers?

This macbook is not new, but not really old, it's the models just before the Intel versions came out, so maybe this computer does not come with it?

and where can I download it?

Um, there isn't a MacBook model before the Intels...it's either an Intel or an iBook G4.

Core Audio was introduced in Panther (10.3).

Actually, it does. It's part of the OSX and you have it if you have 10.3 or newer - I don't think it can be downloaded separately as it's pretty deeply integrated in the system. In this case it's most likely that you have it already, as Panther's getting pretty old.
