Adobe to Studio One

Is there a way for me to import adobe audition files that someone recorded into studio one so i can mix them while keeping everything on time ?

Like a complete transfer of the project, or just a way to get the audio into studio one?

You'd do it the same for S1 as you would do for any other DAW.

Track the wav files out individually, with each one wav starting from the very beginning. Then import them all into the new DAW.

one more question should i track them out in mono or stereo

Stereo. You should pan them all center though, and fix that in the next daw. (Unless you have all drums on a track and want some of them panned, but I prefer exporting drum sounds seperately too)
