Ableton & MPC1000

Anyone using this combo?

How do you like em together?

I have both but havent really got into using them together yet.

Just looking for set up suggestions, tips, tricks and opinions etc.

I would also like to know. I have had an mpc for a while but havent used it much. I would like to integrate it in with a software based sequencer. I have tried ableton, tracktion, sonar, etc...with not much luck. anyone have advise?

i've set up ableton and the mpc two different ways (although havent really explored these setups very far yet)

1, Ableton as the master, droping in and mangling loops over a beat i had already made up in the mpc

2, MPC as the master, using the pads to trigger loops in ableton.

again, i've tried both these setups briefly. but am gonna try and learn everything i can about using the two together. for me, i think they could be the ultimate combo.
