Can't import MP3s into FL Studio 10

It was working fine yesterday but when I started FL today I opened Edison, clicked Load sample and chose an MP3, when nothing appeared in the waveform the top left said Error Loading File, I've tried multiple MP3 files and none of them work. However I managed to get some other formats imported like .wav files.

What could be the problem?

Never heard of that...but couldn't you just put your mp3 through the sampler?

make sure the mp3 is in .wav form..
happened to me and i exported it back into wav form and it worked

try converting your sample into WAV. u can use itunes.

Problem solved

Fl Studio uses Fraunhofer's MP3 Codec so Google and install that and it should work. I would link you but this is my first post.
I downloaded it from the free-codecs site and it worked seamlessly.
