Best vst for a hip hop synth/brass?

the best one i can think of right now is nexus. it has both. the synths in there are amazing and the brass patches are pretty good as well. The only other thing that i will say is that if your looking for some realistic brass your gonna need to buy some brass sample libraries. There are some synths that come pretty close to sounding like real brass instruments and alot of people are okay with that but if you want that epic anthem music type brass your going to need to get a sample library and even with real brass people still use synths layered under the real samples to fatten the sound up even more.
 
for Synth's I'd recommend omni Sphere o_O and as far as brass I like East - West stuff, but nexus is straight if you don't mind it sounding synthesized and unnatural
 
Omnisphere is pretty beast. You just missed IKM's sale. You could have picked up Philharmonik for $39.99 which is a great deal. You might want to look into using soundfonts also.
