Didn't realized how cheap touchscreen monitors were. Anybody used one with FLStudio? Seems like it would speed up the workflow pretty nice. I have physical midi keyboards and drum pads but I like manually clicking things in the step sequencer most of the time, seems like it would be much faster to tap stuff than having to use a mouse.

Exclamation I have but not very much.

its actually not too bad but there is some issues, on the computer i am using you have to hold your finger down for the right click button so that makes many of the functions of FL Studio really hard to use, but other than that it is pretty decent, i suggest lowering your screen resolution or making the buttons inside fl studio larger somehow because its hard to have the precision of a mouse with your finger. another thing i think would be good is to get a stylus/pen with 1+ function buttons along with the touchscreen and that would probably be perfect for the right click issue. there are some pretty cool styluses you can get that do different things based on pressure, button combos, tips and what not and i could see how those types of things combined with FL Studio would make for a prime setup.

    Nice

hey thats really sweet, i am pretty excited for this one. thanks for the share you pretty much made my day, i've been waiting for something like that. i have had this computer for over a year now and i have rarely used the touchscreen for lack of compatibility and usability. there isnt really anything for touchscreen in windows.

oh one more thing, slightly off topic but hardly. if you are looking for a touchscreen monitor i suggest buying an all-in-one PC (like mine) for the fact that you get an entire computer out of the deal that is all in one setup. plus this pc i have has all the standard tv inputs (w/remote). and prices are generally between 6-900 but could be cheaper now i suppose.
