Can someone give a review of Omnisphere? How it compares to other VSTs or how does it compare to the Motif or Fantom?

    Thanks

Stunning piece of software, thousands of presets, very deep editing, sounds amazing, get it you won't be disappointed. Plenty of stuff on YouTube showing it off. I have lots of vst synths and this is the best, although still to get deep into iris but not blown away with iris the way I was with omnisphere. I have a kurzweil k2000, korg z1 and Blofeld and never touch them now.

Forgot to mention you can't load your own samples into it, which is the only negative.

I don't think it even is that expensive compared to some vst's. Costs $500. The sound quality and amount of samples is just amazing, you always find new great sounds to use and edit. I've been using it for the past 5 months I think and I'm more than satisfied with it. That's the only vst I use along with NI Komplete 8 for sounds. If you're thinking about getting it, get it! lol.

Omnisphere IS great. It is quite expensive though, so i suggest you "find a try b4 u buy" copy (their all over the net, HUGE downloads though) &* i agree with the gentlemen above w?the komplete 8 ultimate!!!! GREAT STUFF, Massive is REALLY good, along with Kontakt 5 and many others that it comes with. It's about $999.99 though, so again i suggest you find a "try before you buy" version, and make sure you'll use and like both. (Which i would guarentee u wouldnt BE DISSAPPOINTED WITH EITHER!!!!! So just buy them and make MUSIC!!!!!
