Any change in sample integrity from NI Maschine to a DAW?

I haven't been able to figure out what the original sample rate is for Maschine's drum samples, I think it's 44.1K 24-Bit, I was wondering if I record a sample from Maschine into my DAW at the same 44.1K 24-Bit sample rate if the sample remains exactly the same. This is all internal. Would my audio interface converters play any part?

All internal, because Maschine is that software running on the computer. No conversion involved, no change in anything.
