I'm using Ableton Live 9, and I want auto warping off. I have the auto-warp long samples option off, but when I record vocals, the vocals are always warped anyways. It's really frustrating, is there an option I'm missing ?

The only way this happens is when your warp mode is set to "Complex". Switch it to another mode like re-pitch or anything else really. As long as you don't change the tempo or move the warp markers after the clip has been recorded, the audio will be completely unaffected.
And for the record, it's impossible to record in Ableton at the moment with the warping completely disabled. But as my solution above says, you really don't need to. Just change the mode and you'll be alright.
