Mpk 25...Need sum advise and help!!

I just got my mpk 25 and im LOVING IT!!!!!, like I have surpassed my output of making tracks by 110% I would make a track and then half ass finish it in like 15 mins, now I have made over 6 tracks that could be considered "a full track",

But I need help in getting my hi hats to sync with fl studios 9 like everything else when I go in to use my pads the kicks will be on point the percs, the samples but as soon as I get to my closed hi hats and record they will be all they way off and it is driving me up the wall.:banghead: so if you have any advise or feel like telling me how i can fix this let me know.

Also im looking for sum advise and would like to hear other follow producers who also have gotten a mpk, mpc, midi keyboard and how much have their production went up since getting it..
