Motif Quantize Trouble (I NEED HELP ASAP)

I solid track is never perfectly quantized for every drum hit so there is no perfect setting.
Quantize the hats to 16ths so you can get a sense of the tempo.
Turn quantize OFF for the rest of your drum tracks.
At the end, redo the hats without the quantize on.
If you're the type to play all three drum parts (hat, kick and snare) in one pass you can always lay down a bit of music first over the hats and then drop them out. I've seen cats drop hats on 8ths to not be a distraction while they lay down hats in 16ths.
A lot of producers lay down the drums in passes so the original drum track (pattern and sounds) may not be the final version.
