KEYS STOPPED WORKING on Axiom 49 Key midi controller

All of a sudden just about all the keys on my Axiom 49 Key midi controller have stopped working...Anyone have any idea why this has happend...Also i know its not the software or computer because i have tried on both my Mac and PC....so can anyone help me out here. ? thanks

Have you tried resetting the controller?

thats what im trying to figure out? i googled it but cant seem to find? would u happen to know how?

its in the manual....

but heres how to do it anyway:

turn off the controller.

turn the controller back on WHILST holding down the "-" and "+" buttons until you see "00" on the screen
