I wanna play keyboards and make some experimental techno/house, wich one is right?

should be good - any of those type of keys are fine - I'd personally go with a 61 or 76 or 88 but then I prefer not having to use octave switches if I can help to get to the range I am seeking
 
For just playing, the A-49 is good, but for making EDM I'd go with something with more features. I got the A-49 and it's a solid keyboard, but I kind of regret it because besides playing, there's not much I can do on it, so I have to switch back and forth between it and my computer.

As an alternative, the Novation Launchkey 49 is about the same price as the Roland and seems to offer more, although I heard it's not as well built.
