Help on a Akai MPK61

Hello all, recently I bought an mpk61 from guitar center. I had no problem setting it up, I have no clue on how to assign knobs and faders. I also have read the entire quickstart guide and part of the operators manual. I have also no idea on what the buttons on the right are for. I only understand the note value markings above them. HELP!

Depends on what program you're using. If you're using FL studio 10, all you have to do is right click on the knob you want to control. Then select link to controller, then whichever knob on the Akai MPK61 you want to use, simply twist the knob or move the lever up and down, and wallahh it's connected.
