Hardware dumbass needs help

Hey guys, I (the mentioned dumbass) want to buy a Microkorg Synthesizer.
I also need a external Audio INterface, but I don't know which kind of busses it needs to have.
The korg seems to have MIDI and Stereo out...there is an Interface for 50 bucks that only has stereo in, but will I be able to normally record shit or do I need MIDI for that?

This question is probably mad dumb, but it's my first Synthi buy and I have no clue

You need stereo inputs on your interface to record your audio. You will need Midi inputs and outputs if you intend to use the Microkorg's keys to control other software also if you want to trigger the microKorg from your DAW.
