Hey guys, I really need help.

I have had my Alesis QX midi keyboard for a few months now and it has worked perfectly. But a few days ago it started playing wrong notes from the ones I was pressing. And multiple notes when i have only pressed one key.

I know it's not the software I use (because I use more than one) And I have unplugged and turned off and on again.

Is there anyway I can restore/reset my keyboard or stop it from doing this.
