AKAI APC40 for Ableton Live, Any good??

maybe I'm wrong, but I don't see why you wouldn't be able to program it for use with other software too, right?
 
its made specally for live so im not sure.....it looks alright but seems to be more "scene" oriented hence making it more for dj's than producers

imo it's just a big monome's ripoff. i wonder if their gonna put the same sequence fucntions
