Yamaha SU200 or Akai S3000 XL

This might sound stupid but Im getting a sampler for using hip hop beats I need qaulity sampling and effects like bpm changing without reducing the qaulity of the sound? I have a SU200 but its not doing very well at what i need it to do will the Akai S3000 XL do it better as I can get one second hand from my mate for £100 = $150 Thx 4 any help. J
