    Please help!

I have been researching for weeks how sequence in my MPC and send the midi data to Nuendo for additional editing in nuendo key editor. No forum addresses this issue for my setup unless it refers to midi sync for slave and master controls which is not my issue. Im not sure what to place in the delta 1010 midi input. i get midi buffer full error message when route the module thru there and annoying feedback. The only way i got it to work is when I hook up the keyboard controller to that delta 1010 midi in .. which the sends the midi signal to nuendo and the mpc for sequencing however I cant send that same midi sequence data back to the Nuendo midi track. Once again I want to sequence my tracks in the MPC2500 and then send them to Nuendo. *My Audio tracking works fine so no issues with them* Please help! Thanks

I would assume that since your MPC has USB connectivity that one of it's uses would be to move files between your MPC and computer, you can most likely also use it as a USB MIDI interface for your computer as well as a USB MIDI device and so there would be no need for conventional MIDI cables running to the Delta 1010 MIDI in/out.

If you can't save a Stadard MIDI File (SMF) type 1 on the MPC or CF card and then drag and drop it into Nuendo then you might need to go old school and synchronize the two sequencers and record MIDI from one to the other at a nice slow tempo.

Thanks for your response!! the old school way was my first thought but I'm trying to avoid it if possible. The mpc usb idea sounds clever but ive only noticed seq and midi song files in that pc folder. I will def investigate.-- But I may have some action going with my desired config, I turned off the midi thru field in nuendo (correcting the motif " midi buffer error") then I used the mpc out to the motif in and motif thru to the delta mid in and that midi signal shows in nuendo.. Fingers crossed- I'm waiting to confirm this mpc to nuendo midi data transfer until i can correct my audio vst connection I somehow jacked up- now of all times. After all these old and new revamps Im going need a mental vacation. Developing....
