MV 8800 sync question?

Whats up Fp. Im trying to figure out how to track out from my mv 8800 to logic 8..i tried to midi sync the two and they are not communicating well. all i want to do is send each track to logic 8 for mixing. i know i can rec each track individualy but wouldnt that mess with the timing? is there a better way to do this?.. any help please

First connect the MV to Logic using the midi and audio interface, with audio and midi cables, than using the Midi machine control in both logic and MV, find a setting that helps u sync.(I am not familiar with Logic, but I did it with both Cubase and Ableton) All the best!

Okay, you should have logic setup as the master and the mv as the slave. Set logic to the same tempo as the mv. Send midi beat clock from logic to the mv. The tracks should line up now.
