Axiom 49 Help

I'm trying to assign samples to the various pads on the Axiom 49 using Logic Pro 9 is there anyone who could give me some advice as to how I go about assigning sample regions to the pads so I can trigger them from the keyboard?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated
